I definitely let things slide since easter break. I would try and justify it by oh i’m at home, I must enjoy a big home cooked meal, or ohhh it’s easter, everyone eats cake and people have bought me easter eggs, it’s such a shame to waste them.
I just fell back into my old habbits and have regained all the weight I lost which was nearly 10 lbs. Fucking sucks. I also feel just horrible at the moment. Really slow and groggy, lazy, unhealthy and bloated. As of tomorrow I am back to the gym and healthy eating once more. I will have lost at least some of this weight by summer. I want to feel healthy again.

About 130 pounds. I guess I’m waiting till I feel confident enough to wear the clothes I want to, then i’ll say i’ve reached my ugw. Around Christmas I think.
Healthily…I love food too much to give it up!
Well this is quite a broad question.
Ummm now I eat a lot of salads, chicken caesar in particular. But i’ve stopped eating meat now and just fish. I eat a lot of butternut squash, avocados, couscous, soup, feta cheese, spinach, wraps…I dunno. I need to eat more fruit. I’m mainly a veggie person. I pride myself on my wide range of foods despite being on a diet. I very rarely eat the same meal twice a week.
